Onion rings


– A cup of self-raising flour

– Warm/cold water

– Pinch of salt and pepper

– An onion

– A wok of oil (pre-heated)

Prep Time: 15 Minutes


1-Firstly take the cup of self raising flour and mix it with warm/cold water until the consistency is runny but not too runny.

2-Then add the salt and pepper

3-cut the onion into rings

dip the onions into the mixture

deep fry them until crispy and brown

This recipe is great when having a study sesh at your place with some classmates. It’s quick, easy and delicious.
