Heavenly Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls



1 (16 Oz) container peanut butter

3/4-cup butter softened

3/4-cup brown sugar

3 3/4 cup powdered sugar

12 Oz chocolate chips, melted

 Prep time:

20 minutes


Mix the peanut butter, butter, brown sugar and powdered sugar together. Roll into 1-inch balls (not any larger). Stick the dough into the refrigerator until cool.  Next dip them into the melted chocolate. Set the chocolate-coated ball onto wax paper and cool. Keep in the refrigerator until you are ready to eat them!

These easy peanut butter balls are great frozen as well! All you need to do is put them in a Ziploc bag and freeze them


Jack Daniels Cupcakes

2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup cocoa powder
2 cups brown sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. kosher salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup strong coffee
1/2 cup Jack Daniels Whiskey
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup vegetable oil

Prep Time: 

Around 40 Minutes


1-Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2-In a large bowl, stir the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, combine the eggs, coffee, whiskey, buttermilk and oil. Pour the egg mixture into the flour mixture and whisk until smooth. Spoon the mixture into prepared cupcake wrappers.

3-Bake for about 18-20 minutes until the tops spring back when lightly pressed. Cool completely + frost!

These cupcakes are great for parties, the JD adds a great kick. You can also have a great time with the rest of the bottle after!

The Christmas break creamy hot chocolate



–  3 cups of Milk

–  1 bar of galaxy chocolate

–  1 cup of Cream

–  ½ cup of sugar

– ¼ cup of tiny marshmallows to garnish

 Prep Time: 5 minutes


–       In a small sauce pan mix together milk and cream, bring to a boil

–       Turn the heat down to medium low heat and add sugar and chocolate

–       Stir for about 3 minutes

–       Pour mixture into Christmas mugs and top with whipped cream and marshmallows

This recipe is great for the Christmas break for students who are on a low budget and just want something warm to keep them going through the cold weather. 


Frozen strawberry delights of heaven




– Semi sweet chocolate Squares

-Fine sugar

 Prep Time: 15 minutes


1- Freeze the strawberries for around 10 minutes

2- During that time melt chocolate into a small sauce pan with butter

2- Take out the strawberries and coat with sugar

Dip the strawberries into the melted chocolate

 This recipe is great for when you’re having a few friends over for a pre- drink before the big night out 

The I failed an assignment cake in a cup recipe



  • One large teacup of your choice.
  • 4 tablespoons of flour.
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar.
  • 2 tablespoons of baking cocoa. (Optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder.
  • 1 egg.
  • 3 tablespoons of milk.
  • 3 tablespoons of oil.

Small splash of vanilla extract.

Prep Time: 6 Minutes


1-    Add dry ingredients into cup and mix well.

2-  Add egg, and mix thoroughly.

3- Pour in oil, vanilla, & milk and mix well.

4- Set your cup in the microwave for 2 1/2 – 3 minuets. Watch carefully!

5- Remove cup from microwave.

Serve with chocolate syrup or whipped cream and enjoy!

This recipe is great for students who have just failed an assignment or major test. All you need to do is make this delicious cake in a cup, crawl into bed and watch a very sad movie… cry it out then you’ll feel all better.

Crunch Time- Banana Snack

– 1 banana

– 2 tbsp. crunchy peanut butter

– 3 tbsp. oats


Take your peeled banana; cover it in the peanut butter. Take your oats and drop them evenly on top of the peanut butter
