Heavenly Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls



1 (16 Oz) container peanut butter

3/4-cup butter softened

3/4-cup brown sugar

3 3/4 cup powdered sugar

12 Oz chocolate chips, melted

 Prep time:

20 minutes


Mix the peanut butter, butter, brown sugar and powdered sugar together. Roll into 1-inch balls (not any larger). Stick the dough into the refrigerator until cool.  Next dip them into the melted chocolate. Set the chocolate-coated ball onto wax paper and cool. Keep in the refrigerator until you are ready to eat them!

These easy peanut butter balls are great frozen as well! All you need to do is put them in a Ziploc bag and freeze them


Adult Capri suns- Vodka Lemonade

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup water, plus 8 cups
  • 4 lemons, juiced
  • Vodka
  • Ice cubes

 Prep time:

10 Minutes


In a saucepan, combine the sugar and 1/3-cup water and place over medium heat. Bring the mixture to a boil, and then cook the sugar until dissolved but the syrup is still clear. Do not cook the sugar until it starts to turn color. Remove from heat and cool.

In a pitcher, combine the syrup, 8 cups water, the lemon juice, vodka and ice and stir to combine. Pour into tall glasses and enjoy!

This is great to conceal your slight alcohol problem (just kidding), and makes for great party drinks.

Rainbow Gingerale




-1 Tray for ice cubes

– 3 packs of different coloured kool-aid


– A few bottles of gingerale (depending on how many people you are serving)

Prep time:

Over night


– Mix kool-aid and water in a bowl ( do different kool-aid colours separately)

– Pour into trays, let freeze over night

– Fill tall glasses up with the assorted cube colours and fill with gingerale

This awesome colourful drink is great for study sessions with your classmates at home.


Jack Daniels Cupcakes

2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup cocoa powder
2 cups brown sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. kosher salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup strong coffee
1/2 cup Jack Daniels Whiskey
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup vegetable oil

Prep Time: 

Around 40 Minutes


1-Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2-In a large bowl, stir the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, combine the eggs, coffee, whiskey, buttermilk and oil. Pour the egg mixture into the flour mixture and whisk until smooth. Spoon the mixture into prepared cupcake wrappers.

3-Bake for about 18-20 minutes until the tops spring back when lightly pressed. Cool completely + frost!

These cupcakes are great for parties, the JD adds a great kick. You can also have a great time with the rest of the bottle after!

Strawberry Margarita Jell-O Shooters!



Fresh strawberries

Margarita Mix:

  • 1 box Strawberry Jell-O
  • 8 ounces tequila
  • 6 ounce Cointreau

Salt for garnish


Prep Time:

Over night

Strawberry Prep:

  • Cut the bottoms of the strawberry flat to get them to stand upright. When you do so, make sure that you do not cut off so much that there is a hole at the bottom.
  • Use a huller or apple corer to empty out the strawberry.
  • Once the strawberries have been emptied, use a towel to pat the outside of the strawberries dry.

Check each strawberry and make sure there is not a hole in the bottom before you start filling.


  • Boil one cup of hot water in a saucepan, then add in Jell-O powder and whisk until powder is completely dissolved, about 2 minutes. Set aside.  Measure out 1/4 cup of cold water and set aside.
  • Combine tequila and Cointreau, in cocktail shaker filled with ice. Add liqueur mixture to cold water and stir to combine. Then add cold liqueur mixture to hot Jell-O mixture and stir to combine.

Pour final Jell-O mix into strawberries and chill overnight. Dip your finger in water or use a moistened brush to wet the edge of the strawberries, dip and rotate the strawberries in salt to rim. Garnish with cut lime triangles to finish.

The Christmas break creamy hot chocolate



–  3 cups of Milk

–  1 bar of galaxy chocolate

–  1 cup of Cream

–  ½ cup of sugar

– ¼ cup of tiny marshmallows to garnish

 Prep Time: 5 minutes


–       In a small sauce pan mix together milk and cream, bring to a boil

–       Turn the heat down to medium low heat and add sugar and chocolate

–       Stir for about 3 minutes

–       Pour mixture into Christmas mugs and top with whipped cream and marshmallows

This recipe is great for the Christmas break for students who are on a low budget and just want something warm to keep them going through the cold weather. 


Frozen strawberry delights of heaven




– Semi sweet chocolate Squares

-Fine sugar

 Prep Time: 15 minutes


1- Freeze the strawberries for around 10 minutes

2- During that time melt chocolate into a small sauce pan with butter

2- Take out the strawberries and coat with sugar

Dip the strawberries into the melted chocolate

 This recipe is great for when you’re having a few friends over for a pre- drink before the big night out
